Characteristics of MSD200A Spindle Servo Motor:

1. The MSD200A spindle servo motor operates at a frequency of 1200Hz, effortlessly driving both electric spindles and mechanical equipment spindle motors.

2. It supports a variety of encoders, including resolvers and general incremental encoders.

3. Capable of driving synchronous motors and multi-thread motors, it easily handles synchronous and multi-thread spindle system software.

4. As one of the few high-power servo controllers in China, it can deliver up to 400KW of power.

5. Compatible with all CNC machine tools, such as those from Neway, Baoyuan, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, GSK, Huazhong CNC, and others.

6. It features fast response time, high precision, no tuning required, and can output 200% of motor torque at 0Hz. Speed control accuracy is ±0.02%, and speed fluctuation is ±0.1%. Even when the encoder is not installed on the motor, PG closed-loop control can be implemented. It also has over-speed and excessive speed error detection functions.

7. It offers zero-speed axis locking, spindle orientation and indexing, and rigid tapping functions. The spindle can be oriented in multiple positions and switched, making it suitable for multi-tool systems, such as tool changers. Rigid tapping can be controlled via analog input or pulse input. Spindle orientation, pulse position control, and pulse speed control can be switched via terminals, with high position control accuracy of ±1 pulse.

8. Torque control accuracy is high, making it suitable for processing a variety of materials and processes. Torque control accuracy is ±5%, and it supports multiple torque setting methods, as well as various jogging and reverse speed limit methods.

9. It supports automatic identification of motor parameters:

   In addition to identifying multi-thread or synchronous motor parameters, it also identifies the encoder and automatically adjusts the encoder direction. It features online motor identification, eliminating the impact of motor heating on control characteristics.
