A CNC lathe can fulfill programming and processing procedures for requirements such as CNC lathe operation, electrical equipment setup, CNC system debugging, mechanical geometric precision inspection and maintenance of CNC lathes, lathe retrofitting, CNC lathe programming, assembly, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and modification.
CNC lathes are based on the specifications of the machine tool. Do not attempt to disable any safety interlocks. Do not approach the vicinity of the enclosed area. Experimental items include reliability, static stiffness, dry machining vibration, thermal deformation, anti-vibration cutting, noise, excitation, positioning accuracy, spindle reversal accuracy, linear motion irregularity, and machining precision. There is a large-diameter round table during machine inspection. The content of each inspection should be carried out in accordance with the factory specifications of the CNC punch press.
1.Check the machining accuracy of the machine
The inspection of machining accuracy of a machine tool is a sensory inspection of the machine's accuracy and positioning accuracy under cutting conditions. It is usually divided into individual machining accuracies to view or process the precision of sensory samples. One of the individual machining accuracies in the middle of processing is: the accuracy of boring, the accuracy of the milling plane cut by an end mill, the diameter accuracy and dispersion of the borehole diameter in operational boring, and the accuracy of linear milling, which is the purpose of CNC vertical lathe maintenance. This requires users of the machine tool to carefully read the manual of the vertical lathe. Also, the accuracies of inclined milling and arc milling should be considered.
Pupil accuracy primarily reflects the motion accuracy of the machine tool's spindle and the smoothness during low-speed feed. The accuracy of the milling plane primarily reflects the planarity of the X-axis and Y-axis movements, as well as the straightness of the spindle centerline relative to the X-Y motion plane. Pitch accuracy mainly reflects the impact of positioning accuracy and loss. The accuracy of linear milling primarily reflects the motion accuracy of the machine tool's guides in the X and Y directions. The accuracy of diagonal milling firstly reflects the linear interpolation accuracy of the X-axis and Y-axis.
2.Check the machine's positioning accuracy
The positioning accuracy of a CNC lathe refers to the motion accuracy of the machine's moving parts under the control of the CNC equipment. Therefore, a more precise positioning accuracy value can determine the good machining accuracy that the machine tool can achieve in future active processing.
