1. During the operation of the machining center, wear all personal protective equipment, carry out lubrication maintenance as required, and check the oil level of each lubricant.

2. When clamping workpieces, handle them with care to avoid damaging or scratching the workbench surface. When the workpiece for the machining center is relatively heavy, it is also necessary to verify the load-bearing capacity of the workbench on the CNC machine. The machining center is prohibited from operating overloaded.

3. Before running the processing program, it must be checked for accuracy. When using the high-speed function of the machining center, ensure that the cutting tool is properly matched.

4. After starting the CNC lathe of the machining center, check whether the movement of the spindle bearing and the control panel in all directions is normal, and whether there is any abnormal noise.

5. During the processing, always pay attention to whether the movement and processing status of the CNC lathe are normal. In case of abnormal situations, such as noise or alarms, immediately shut down the machine for inspection and resolution. Only after the fault in the machining center is eliminated can processing resume.
